  • $5,000 donated to Brandon Hilyard’s Eagle Scout project for all of his hard work in the concession stand this season. Project was for flag poles at the football field.

December 2022

  • All Sports: Team Builder App $800 annually The app will keep track of individual athletes weight lifting processes, shows growth, tracks BMI, etc…
  • All Sports: Huddle Cost is $9,000 annually and is used by a majority of coaches to keep stats and review film.

2023

  • Softball: Equipment request totaling $812.59

March 2023

  • All Sports: Weight Room Equipment (Asking for approval of “Do not exceed amount”): up to a $10,000 cap 
  • Wrestling: (Mouthguard and shoes) $75

April 2023

  • All Sports grades 7-12: Weight Room Equipment (Asking for approval of $15,000 more towards new equipment)
  • Football: 10 headsets, plus an extra line for $2500 

May 2023

  • Volleyball: Requesting $2400 to help offset the cost per player to go to the Purdue team camp. This is to cover camp costs only, no transportation or accommodations.
  • OAB Scholarships: 4 $500 scholarships totaling $2000

July 2023

  • Athletic Trainer, Jen Mag up to $800 for the NormaTec Leg Package 3

September 2023

  • Basketball: Requests for $750 for both the Steve Kramer ($500) and Brent Schaffer ($250) clinic for grades 4-12
  • Basketball: Request for $250 for extra film breakdown in Hudl

  • Concessions: requests up to $2000 for concessions equipment
  • All Sports: Profit sharing $27,500 annually for each sports program

  • All Sports: Weight Room request given by AD (this includes the Track request) – Requests are for Dog sleds, medicine balls, kettlebells, boxes, safety squat bars totaling $7135
  • Cheer: Request for the purchase of 9 competition mats with the Otsego logo for a total cost of $9260.
